A 3 hour virtual legal training course for enforcement officers 

This training is designed specifically for local authority enforcement casework. The training will provide a general anatomy of evidence gathering, use of statutory powers, recognition of PACE interview triggers, RIPA related scenarios, case management, points on disclosure and eventual prosecution.

The training will include 2 hours of training followed by up to an hour available for questions, so bring along local queries and cases to ask about
