London Special Treatments Group
The forum for London’s environmental health managers that work on licensing of special treatments. Co-chaired by Victor Ktorakis
London Air Quality Steering Group
The forum for London’s officers that oversees air quality policy and management across London. Representatives from London Boroughs, Greater London Authority/Transport for London, London Councils, Environment Agency, UK Health Security Agency, Port of London Authority, The Association of Directors of Public Health. Meets quarterly.
The group is chaired by Kyri Eleftheriou-Vaus, Air Quality Officer, City of London Corporation.
Current priorities include: Implementation of Defra and Mayor’s Air Quality Fund projects. Topics include, Public health messaging, solid fuel burning, PM2.5 source apportionment, standby generators, anti-idling
