Paul Oatt a Chartered EHP and experienced housing regulator will provide an overview of gathering intelligence turning it into evidence in the investigation of housing offences whether it be for criminal prosecution or civil action through issuing penalties or defending decisions at a tribunal.

 

The course will look at how the evidence is used to apply for a banning order following a prosecution. And also look at the future of housing enforcement and the changes that are likely to come about with the Renters Reform Bill including the new Property Portal.
