Writing Up Prosecution Reports

This training will focus upon essential elements of case preparation as they would relate to the key content points of prosecution file reports, including use of offence charts to identify points to prove, providing ancillary information for sentencing and background detail, disclosure, and handling evidence, statements, experts, exhibits and contemporary notes.
