HACCP and Beyond – how authorised officers can validate and verify a HACCP based plan
A 1 day course delivered over 2 half days on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th September by Miranda Steward.
The course is set to run 9.30 am to 12.30 pm each day but ay run over up to 30 minutes, depending on attendee participation.
