Gas Safety in Catering and Hospitality on 27th October: This will be a virtual course run over two half day sessions 9.30 am to 12.30 pm with a 15 minute break in the middle. The course is limited to only 15 spaces to encourage discussion, and the course will include some group work.

This work shop will provide basic gas safety advice on the use of gas in the catering and hospitality industry. It will cover some of the key points in operating gas equipment, some of the controls and inspections and records that businesses should have.
Pointers will be given to inspectors as to what to look for and how to approach some non-compliance issues.
