Disclosure Requirements and the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act: A virtual training workshop for local authority regulators

CPIA (Evidence, Unused Material and Disclosure)

This is a 3 hour course, 2 hours tuition followed by up to an hour of questions

This training will focus upon understanding which information may be used as evidence, which should be recorded as unused material and which may simply be information. Consideration will be given to the types of disclosure that may be given throughout an investigation / prosecution and how unused material is to be classified within schedules.
