Chair of the Trustees Healthworks in London, 2002 – Present.
Healthworks, was set up as a non-profit company limited by guarantee, with charitable status and a board of trustees. The trustees are drawn from the local authority and the PCT and Healthworks employs some staff directly, while others are employed on contracts for specific pieces of work.

This provides a holistic focus for all professional matters and consolidating the issues and recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The committee brings together information and evidence and agrees policy positions for ratification by the Board of Trustees. This committee is made up of 12 members who have been selected for their specialist skills and expertise. Head of Joint Local Authority Regulatory Services (JLARS), London Borough of Newham, 2010 – Apr 2014.
JLARS looks after the Olympic Park and the Regulatory side of it as far as Local Authorities are concerned. We cover therefore matters such as Licensing, Food Safety, Pollution Isses, Pest Control, Noise and Nuisance Issues, Environmental Works and many other regulatory matters. We managed the regulatory matters for the Games of course and can therefore celebrate with others in its great sucess with being both very safe and healthy. We had over 100 volunteer staff fromnot just the UK but as far flung as Australia Canada and New Zealand..We are now herein Legacy to deal with the Queen Elizabeth II Park Development post 2012 its future development in the Park.
