This training will cover all aspects of HMO inspections and regulations with case studies .

It will also provide information relating to the Asylum immigration act and accommodation.

This course  is suitable for officers with experience as a refresher with relevant updates and also for officers new to HMO work.

Trainer : Paul Oatt who has over 20 years of Housing enforcement experience and a professional trainer.

Cost £65  members and £90 non members.
