Courtroom skills training

This training will focus upon essential preparation and drafting of evidence and use of exhibits to create a solid platform for witness evidence, whether factual or expert. The training will cover procedure and the different types of hearing, criminal civil, court and tribunal. Delegates will learn the cardinal rules of presentation for examination in chief, cross-examination and, where necessary, re-examination.
