Control of Noise from Construction Sites – NEW COURSE!!

This course will look at the processes prescribed in the Control of Pollution Act 1974 for dealing with actual or potential noise from construction and demolition works. We will consider how consent applications operate and how the Code of Practice and BS5228 relate to such applications. We will also consider the interplay between section 60 COPA notices, BPM, and the abatement notice provisions of sections 79 and 80 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
